Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and the bacon egg and cheese at egg Hill never disappoints! The eggs are always cooked too perfection, and one of the standout surprises about this place is how wonderful and soft the buns are!

I finally understand why people build entire personalities around breakfast sandwiches. Nashville's finest egg sandwich absolutely lives up to the hype, starting with "The Mustache"—the sandwich I ordered and would now like to legally adopt. Every bite was a perfect mess of savory goodness, but let's talk about the onion jam, because wow. Unreal. Sweet, jammy, rich, and doing the absolute most in the best way possible. It didn't just complement the sandwich—it ran the show. And then there's the tater tot casserole, which feels like someone looked at a childhood classic and said, "What if we made this unreasonably good?" Mashed up tater tots with crispy edges, somehow nostalgic and elevated at the same time. Comfort food energy with a glow-up. Nashville's Finest didn't just feed me… they emotional support me through breakfast. Would 1,000% come back, probably too often, and I regret nothing.

Incredible breakfast sandwich! The creamy avocado mash and mild basil salsa verde perfectly complement the eggs, and the toasty Charpier's bun holds it all together beautifully. Highly recommend the Eggvocado!
