Our Story, Edgehill Born

Egghill was created by Nashville native Parkes Brittain and Alabaman Luke Williams, cousins once removed, local chefs, and lifelong breakfast enthusiasts who wanted a neighborhood spot that feels easy and tastes amazing. Set in Edgehill Village, we fill the egg shaped niche with house crafted breakfast sandwiches on warm Charpier's buns, soft scrambled cage free farm eggs, and quality regional ingredients from partners we know by name. You will taste Gifford's bacon, Bear Creek Farm sausage, bright local tomatoes, and our signature good sauce that ties it all together. We believe breakfast should be simple, fun, and community first, which is why the room stays friendly, the pacing stays relaxed, and the menu stays focused on doing a few things with care. Grab your favorite sandwich, add Marsh Hen Mill grits or our cozy tater tot casserole, sip Sky Bear coffee, and start your day with a hello from the team.
