Egghill is the brainchild of a native Nashvillian and an Alabaman, both local chefs, cousins once removed, and general breakfast enthusiasts Parkes Brittain and Luke Williams, along with their business partners from Blackbird Capital.
We fill the egg-shaped niche in the surrounding neighborhood by bringing great quality breakfast fare with our unique brand of hospitality.
We believe food should be simple and fun and are dedicated to featuring fantastic local and regional ingredients, products, and artisans in our quest to create the best breakfast sandwich you have ever had.
